About Our Services

Account Registration. To use Confer, you must register using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Privacy of User Data. Confer does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or content in any way—ever.

Software. You consent to downloading and installing updates to our services when available.

Fees and Taxes. You are responsible for any carrier charges, data plan fees, and taxes associated with your use of our services.

Using Confer

Our services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Resolving Disputes

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Ending These Terms

You may terminate your relationship with Confer at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms or if we believe your conduct creates risk or legal exposure for us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use our services after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services.
